2026 (Q1’27), along with an update on notable events that have occurred subsequently.
Highlights

the elevated June 2026 debtor balance was collected

recently released Sumo-Pro-19; Flanders contributing in-line with expectations

ProVideo Coalition Best Value Innovation award, and Flanders Scientific’s GaiaColor

New product releases anticipated in Q2’27, expected to underpin Q2 historically being one
of the strongest quarters
o Shinobi 7 II began shipping in late September, with further orders in backlog
Cash and cash equivalents of $2.0m at 30 September 2026
Commenting on the Q1’27 results, Atomos Managing Director and CEO, Peter Barber, said,
“This quarter we delivered positive operating cash flow while continuing to transition our range.
The response to Shinobi 7 II and our IBC awards show that customers value what we are building,
and Flanders Scientific has had a strong first full quarter with the Group. Our priorities are
converting that demand into sales, securing component supply, and building a broader Atomos
and Flanders Scientific portfolio across on-camera, on-set, broadcast and finishing. Noting the
typical seasonality in the business, we anticipate a strong Q2, further supported by new product
launches.”

Corporate Update
Board
Simon Traynor was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on6 October 2026.Simonbringsmore
than 25 years of executive and board experience with a particular strength in consumer
marketing, retail and direct-to-consumer businesses which are particularly relevant to Atomos
next phase of growth.
Jeromy Young, current Non-Executive Director, will not stand for re-election and will retire post
the Company’s AGM in November. Jeromy was a co-founder of Atomos and over the journey
played a key role in building Atomos into the innovative global video technology business it is
today.
Share Consolidation
As announced on 19 October 2026, Atomos intends to undertake a consolidation of its issued
capital, whereby, subject to shareholder approval, every 20 shares will be consolidated into 1
share (Consolidation).
The Consolidation is intended to simplify Atomos’ capital structure by reducing the number of
shares on issue to a level that the Board considers more proportionate to the Company’s scale
and more readily comparable with relevant listed peers. It may also improve price granularity, as
a higher share price reduces the minimum ASX price increment as a percentage of the share
price.
The Consolidation will not alter the underlying value of shareholders’ shareholdings or their
proportional ownership in the Company, other than minor changes resulting from the treatment
of fractional entitlements.
Outlook
Q2 has historically been the Company’s strongest trading quarter. Atomos enters Q2 with new
products in market, a growing order book for Shinobi 7 II, and new Flanders Scientific reference
monitors to be launched.
Although, trading conditions remain subdued (driven by inflationary pressures particularly in the
US market) with component supply temporarily constrained, the Company is actively
implementing new sales initiatives to drive demand and diversify the revenue base. The cost
base, an area the company has direct control over, is being managed tightly with inventory and
working capital watched closely.
This announcement has been authorised for lodgement with ASX by the Board of Directors.
