The voting on all resolutions was conducted via a poll. All resolutions were passed as ordinary resolutions, and received overwhelming shareholder support. Details of valid proxies received prior to the meeting for all resolutions, together with results of the poll, are attached. The Company further advises that Sir Hossein Yassaie retired from the Board with effect from the end of the Meeting, as foreshadowed in the Prospectus lodged with ASX on 12 April 2024.
